Somebody are using the chilps of Quartz, Feldsper, Silica, etc., materials as Boiler
Bed Materials. By using those materials even temperature will not be maintained.
Nozzles, Bed Coils, Air box holes may be blocked, due to impurities by these materials
and the boiler will be spoiled. More over the density is also high in these materials
and will not jump, when air is poured. Longlasting temperature resistance also not
available by using these materials. Lowest melting materials may spoil the boiler
wlls by slag attack, which spoil the boiler too much. |
